How the work goes
- Zone by what the planting needs. Lawn, established shrubs, and thirsty annuals want completely different amounts of water. Putting them on one zone guarantees something is wrong all season, so zoning is settled first.
- Design head layout and pressure. Heads are placed for genuine head-to-head coverage and matched within each zone, because mixing output rates on one line produces dry arcs and soggy patches that no controller setting can fix.
